Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups flour3/4 cup baking cocoa1/2 tsp salt1 cup margarine, softened2/3 cup sugar (or 1/3 cup splenda sugar blend)2/3 brown sugar (or 1/3 cup spleda brown suger)1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs1 3/4 cups chocolate chunks (nestle 53% dark chocolate chunks-chocolatier)1 cup cashews (optional)
Directions
makes approximatly 40 small ice cream scoop cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes
