Garden Fresh Marinara

Ingredients
12 cherry tomatoes3 roma tomatoes1 medium bell pepper1/2 medium onion2 Tbsp miced garlic1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp. sugar
Directions
Throw everything in a pot with whatever seasonings you want (I used thyme, oregano, and a spicy-Italian blend grinder thingy). Heat on medium-high, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes begin to release a bunch of moisture. Add less than a teaspoon of sugar and about 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil. Reduce heat to medium/medium-low, and let it simmer down a bit until it reaches the consistency you want (I like it a little thicker). Serve over your favorite pasta.
