Giant Mexican Flatbread Tostada

1 Flatout Flatbread with Flax1/2 cup of no fat refried beans1 oz. of low fat shredded Mexican cheese1 cup of shreded lettuce2 tbsp. of salsa
Heat a cookie sheet for a few minutes in a 450 degree oven. Place the flatbread on the cookie sheet and toast on one side for a few minutes, and then flip it for a few minutes on the other side until the bread is stiff and crispy. Spread warm (microwaved) refried beans over the entire flatbread and cover with shredded cheese. Drizzle salsa over the top, and then top with shredded lettuce. Other toppings could be added: avocado, corn, taco sauce, sour cream. This is a very large and filling dish. Serves one satisfied person!
