    I like this recipe, but I omitted the cabbage and sauteed the onions and tomatoes in 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of healthy butter, sprinkled chived and parsley flakes with a little garlic powder, with 1 tablespoon balsamic ving and ate cold. Will make again, very good! - 5/26/10
