New York Style Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust: 1 1/4 cup of crushed graham cracker5 Tbsp of butter1/4 cup of sugarFilling: 32ozs Cream cheese FAT FREE1 can (14 ozs.) Sweetened condensed milk4 eggs1/3 cup of flour1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven on 325 degrees. Crust: Crush graham crackers. Melt butter. Mix butter, graham crackers crumb, and sugar in a bowl. Take the graham cracker mix and spread along the bottom of a 9'' cheesecake pan. Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add condensed milk gradually and continue to beat. Next add in the eggs, vanilla, and flour. Make sure that the filling is smooth. Put the filling into the cheesecake pan and bake for 1 hr on 325 degrees. Let cool for 15 mins. then put in the fridge until firm. Makes 16 slices.
