2 Ice Cubes1 small Apple, peeled (about 3 oz)1/2 tbsp packed Brown Sugar1 tsp ground Ginger3 dashes ground Nutmeg1/2 c 1% Milk
Peel and core apple; dice into cubes. Add ingredients in order to blender. Blend until smooth and then enjoy. :)
