Black Bean Veggie Burger With Cornmeal

Ingredients
2 15oz can of black beans no salt added1/2 cup of whole wheat flour1/4 cup of yellow corn meal1 cup of feta cheese1/2 cup of salsa2 tsp cumin1 tsp of minced garlic6 orowheat whole wheat sandwich thinscooking spray
Directions
Mash beans thoroughly in large mixing bowl.
Add salsa, garlic, cumin, cornmeal, cheese and flour.
Combine mixture until it is well mixed and not grainy from the dry ingredients.
Form mixture into 6 balls and place in a container, cover container and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Spray grill or large skillet with cooking spray and heat.
While grill is heating, flatten balls into patties.
Place patties on heated grill
Brown on each side or until thoroughly heated and crispy.

Serve on sandwich thins with your favorite toppings.
