Milk of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 2 clove Bouillon Vegetable McCormick ,3 cups Milk, 1%, 3 cup Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 tsp Canola oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut off broccoli stalks, peel and chop. Cut broccoli head into florets and set aside. In soup pot saute chopped onion and minced garlic in oil. Add bouillin and stalks, bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes, Add florets and cook covered 5 minutes. Puree, add milk and heat gently, do not boil. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
