2 c. Milk1 c. Oats4 tbsp. Peanut Butter1 large Banana4 scoops (70 g) EAS Premium Protein in Chocolate Flavor
Pour milk, oats, and peanut butter into blender. Tear banana into pieces and place in blender with other ingredients. Blend on a medium or high setting until mixture appears smooth. Add the Premium Protein, and continue blending for 1 minute. Serves 2.
