    This is a good recipe. I used vanilla almond milk. And 1 Tbsp sugar free vanilla carmel coffee mate(powder). Added a bit of agave. I'm not a big papaya fan. But this tasted like ice cream. I found the papaya on the clearance rack for .25 cents and decided to try this recipe with what I had. - 4/13/11
