Low Carb Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup almond meal (Bob's Red Mill)1/2 cup whey protein powder (Designer Whey French Vanilla)1/4 cup butter2 oz. cream cheese1 egg18 drops liquid sucralose (Sweetzfree) or 3/4 cup Splenda1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/3 cup (1 oz.) chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream butter and cream cheese together until fluffy. Add sweetener, cinnamon and salt and beat again. Add egg and beat until combined. Add almond meal, protein powder and baking soda and combine well. Mix in pecans. Use small ice cream scoop to form 14 cookies on nonstick foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely before eating. Makes 14 servings. Store in a sealed container or refrigerate.
