Ingredients
1.25 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into 8 pieces on a diagonal2 tsp lemon pepper (or more if desired)1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
Sprinkle lemon pepper to each side of pork. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Place the pork in the skillet and cook on each side for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add the worcestershire sauce and the mustard. Mix well and cook until heated through. Add the pork back to the skillet turning a few times to coat. Put on serving platter, pour the sauce over pork and sprinkle with parsley if desired. This will make 8 pieces, serving 4 people.

    I made this for my husband, 3 year old son and mother-in-law....the first two being picky eaters....served it with brown rice and cooked carrots....they all loved it! Awesome recipe and is so easy! I ate the left overs for dinner last night and it was just as good! - 10/29/09
