Baked Potato with Spicy Avocado & Beans

Ingredients
I med Baked Potato2 Hass Avocados, mashed1 C canned black beans, rinsed & drained4 T Green Mountain Medium Salsa1/4 C chopped red onion
Directions
Mix the avocados, beans, salsa & onion together. Serve as topping on baked potato.

I microwave the potato and then put it in a pre-heated oven while mixing the other ingredients. It's a nice meal for one.
