Creamy Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 TBSP butter, unsalted1/2 C chopped onionCooked chicken, 2 breasts, chopped2 tsp garlic powder1 TBSP basil1 can (12 oz) nonfat evaporated milkWhole Wheat spaghettiGrated parmesan cheese
Directions
In a large, 1-inch deep skillet, saute onion in butter until opaque. Add evaporated milk, garlic, and basil. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, then add 1 tbsp flour. Stir until thickened. Add chopped chicken, stirring to heat. Stir in parmesan cheese until creamy. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat. Enjoy!

    Oh this was wonderful! I added a little green pepper and some chicken broth....used whole wheat linguine ~ YUM. Will definitely make this again. - 10/13/07
