1/2 kg minced beef or lamb meat1/2 tsp red chilli powdersalt to taste1/8 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp ginger garlic paste1 tbsp cooking oilhandful of coriander leaveswater for cooking2 medium sized onions sliced
cook the minced meat, onions and salt with a cup of water in a pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
add oil and chilli, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame till almost dry.
add coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes with the pan covered.
serve hot with chapati or bread
