Italian Marinated Panko-Crusted Tofu

Ingredients
1 Block Extra-Firm Tofu, Drained and Pressed1 c. Light Italian Dressing3/4 c. Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs) or other bread crumbs
Directions
1. Cut tofu into 16 squares and place in a 9x9 glass pan.
2. Pour 1 c. Light Italian dressing over tofu and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle panko over top of tofu after removing from refrigerator.
4. Place into an oven preheated to 425° and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve. Four servings.
