Szechwan Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
16 oz medium shrimp, no tails, ready to cook1 bunch broccoli cut in big pieces2 peppers (preferably different colors) cut in big pieces2 cups carrots sliced thin1 large onion cut in big pieces1 packet Szechwan seasoning mix (whatever brand your store carries)3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce1 tsp sugar1/2 to 1 cup water (depending on how juicy you want the gravy)
Directions
Stir fry vegs and shrimp together until about half done. Combine mix with sugar, soy sauce and water, pour over food. Cook together, being sure the shrimp is done. Eat with rice or without!
