Jello Tofu pudding

6 ounces Mori Nu lite silken firm tofu1 small box fat free sugar free jello (any flavor)1 small box fat free sugar free vanilla pudding1 cup boiling water1 cup cold water
1. Prepare jello according to package directions. Use a big enough bowl to hold all ingredients when finished.
2. Put tofu into blender, add about 1 cup of the dissolved jello and blend until smooth.
3. Sprinkle the dry pudding into the remaining jello while whisking continually.
4. Add the tofu/jello mixture into the pudding/jello mixture and stir until completely combined.
5. Cover and refrigerate until set. About an hour.
Makes 4 1 1/4 cup servings
