1 whole chicken, cut up or 1 whole rabbit2/3 cup organic free range chicken broth2/3 cup shoyu sauce1 Tbs. honey 1 Tbs. maple syrup1/2 tsp oyster sauce1/2 tsp hoisin sauce1/4 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp ginger1/4 onion powder pepper
mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil in crock pot
add chicken
add seasoning to taste
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
I often cook this until I can shred the meat. I serve it over hot rice, and with a vegetable or salad.

yes, and no. the calories are right because i doubled the ingredients in the actual recipe calculator. But i did not double the ingredients in the ingredients list. i will fix that now. sorry
