Ingredients
Just to make it easy:2T canned pumpkin1T unsweetened almond milk, or soy3 packets of Splenda1 dash of salt.25 vanilla1 egg white1T ground flax seed...mix all of this togethersift 1T unsweetened cocoa powder with 2T wheat flour and .5t baking powder....add it to the wet ingredients, then dump into a PAM sprayed mug. Shove in .25 oz chunk of extra dark chocolate into the middle of the batter and then microwave for 2.5 minutes. Turn mug over onto a plate and let sit for a minute...then eat!
