Ingredients
Low sodium chicken broth - 7 cupspotatoes - 4 mediumleeks - 4onions -2butter - 1 patheavy cream - 1/2 cupparsley 10 sprigs
Directions
Chop peeled potatoes, onions and leeks and put into boiling broth. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add butter , cream and chopped parsley. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve with fresh ground pepper.
