Sara's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups of shredded already Cooked chicken, like leftover roastery chicken.1 cup of celery chopped or diced2 cups of chopped apples, I use the large fuji apples4 tbsp Kraft miracle whip
Directions
Shred or chop the cold chicken meat, set aside. Put the chopped apples and diced celery in a bowl and add the miracle whip one tbsp at a time, then add the chicken and mix well.

Things you can add is walnuts or sweet relish.

makes 6 servings ( a serving is one cup)
