Ingredients
1Green Pepper2 Chicken Breast, no skin, cubed or shredded 4 Whole Wheat Tortilla (I like the cruz brand b/c they are high in fiber) Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded 1/4 cupmontery jack cheese
Directions
cut the green peppers into small peices, cook in not fat cooking spray
broil chicken in water
once chicken is cooked, cube, dice or shred it
mix all indregients excpet the tortilla together
place mixture on the tortilla
place in oven on 350 and bake until cheese is melted.
