Whole Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup whole oatsgenerous sprinkling cinnamon1/2 cup applesauce (natural, no sugar added)about 1/2 cup water (or soymilk?)1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and add wet ingredients, stirring until lumpy but not too watery. (May require more or less water, depending on mix.)

Pour into a hot, cooking-sprayed pan 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until spatula easily slips until bottom, them flip and cook other side.

Serving suggestion: Topped with warmed apple sauce and sprinkled with cinnamon.
