Stuffed Zuccini

Ingredients
One over-sized zuccini (mine was 935 grams)2 cloves of minced garlic1/2 cup of minced onions1/4 cup of chopped sweet red peppers54g of Black Forest Ham1/2 cup of Italian Bread crumbs1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes2 tsp of Olive Oil50g of grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Once you have all of the ingredients ready, cut zuccini in half the long way.
Cut all of the seeds out of the inside and stuff the zuccini
Wrap in tin foil and cook on the barbeque on each side for about 13-14 mins
Check zuccini by poking with fork, if fork goes all the way through, it is done. Enjoy!
