Lite Egg Salad for 8

Ingredients
7 - 8 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped5 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing1/4 cup of diced Onions &/or Celery1 TBSP Celery Seed1/8 cup Yellow Mustard1/4 cup of Pickle Relish, opt. (is included in nutritional info. in this recipe)
Directions
Makes 8 - 2 oz. servings = 1/4 cup

Boil eggs. Rinse in ice water for easier peeling. Peel eggs and chop or dice in medium-sized mixing bowl. Add Miracle Whip Lite, Onion/Celery, Celery Seed, Yellow Mustard. (Pickle Relish is opt.) Add a dash of Garlic Salt. Blend. Serve cold on whole grain bread or bagel.
