Sauteed Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients
1/2 lbs Broccoli Rabe- stems removed1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil1 clove of garlic sliced thin2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil
2. Place the Broccoli Rabe in the boiling water for about 5 minutes and then drain (this helps remove the bitterness)
3. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Stir in the broccoli rabe and saute for another 10-15 minutes. Dust with parmesean cheese.

    I made this the other day and loved it so much lot. I reduced the cooking time because I like the bitterness and the bright green color. Just steamed until wilted and then added to Olive oil after draining. - 2/4/19
