Mona's Quinoa Veggie Salad with Zesty Italian Dressing

I cup uncooked Quinoa1 cup cubed Kohlrabi1/2 cup cubed red bell peppers1 cup cubed cucumber1 cup chopped white onion1/2 cup chopped cilantro10 T (approx, or to taste) Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing. (I use Rice vinegar in larger proportion to normal recipe and about 3 T of olive oil (my recipe is in SparkRecipes)
Use 2 cups water to 1 cup of Quinoa. Get water boiling, then add Quinoa then cook on simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Cool Quinoa, then add cubed cucumber, kohlrabi, red peppers, onions and cilantro. Add Good Season's Zesty Italian Dressing to taste. Stir, cool and serve.
