Taste of Home Cheese-Filled Meat Loaf

1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup egg substitute1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 cup crushed corn flakes1/2 cup finely chopped onion3 tablespoons finely chopped celery1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground mustard1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage1/4 teaspoon black pepper1.5 pounds extra lean ground beef1 cup (8 ounces) low fat sour cream1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded low fat cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, combine the first ten ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. On a large piece of heavy-duty foil, pat beef mixture into a 14x10 inch rectangle. Spread sour cream to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a short side and peeling away foil while rolling. Seal seam and ends. Place seam side down in a sprayed 13x9x2 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 65 to 75 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Let meat loaf stand for ten minutes before slicing. 6 servings.
