Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs stew meatsalt/pepper1 c onion2 cloves garlic3 carrots, diced2 potatoes, diced2 stalks celery, diced1 c frozen green beans1 c frozen corn1 (15 oz) can petite diced tomatoes1 carton beef stock1 c beef broth
Directions
In large stock pot, heat oil. Brown beef. Remove. Saute onion, celery, carrot, garlic. Add beef back to pot. Add rest of ingredients, except corn. Simmer for 30 min. Add corn. Test potatoes.
