Healthier Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 chicken breast halves, cut into cubes1/4 cup italian dressing (light or fat free)4 laughing cow cheese wedges2 tbsp flour1/2 cup chicken broth1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)1 refrigerated pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Cook chicken in dressing in skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the cheese and cook and stir until melted. Add flout and mix well Add chicken broth and vegetables (thawed)
Pour into pie plate sprayed with non-stick spray
arrange crust over filling and flute the edges
cut slits in center to allow for steam to escape
bake for 30 minutes until crust is golden brown
