Kat's pumpkin pie

1 pillsbury pie crust2 eggs2 c canned pumpkin3/4c splenda2 tsp cloves2 tsp ginger1 tbsp cinnmon1 can non-fat evaporated milk
Press Pie crust into pie plate. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar and spices. Mix well. Slowly beat in evaporated milk. Pour mixture in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425F. Cover pie crust and bake 40 more minutes at 350F. Makes 8 servings.
