Ingredients: Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter, 1 cupSplenda, 1 cupEgg Substitute, 1/4 cup
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with electric mixer. Drop by the teaspoon onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheets to make 20 cookies. Press tops with a fork to flatten slightly. bake for 8-10 minutes. cool slightly, ENJOY!
