Mickey's Mexican Individual Apple Pie

Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 2 oz (1/4 cup) Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 tsp Low Carb low fat tortillia, 1 serving
Mix in bow ground cinnamon and splenda set aside
Finely dice apple
Toss apple in cinnamon and splenda mixture
Place 1oz of mixture in centre of tortillia
roll and place seem side down in non stick skillet with Pam spray
Brush lightly with milk
Heat until all sides are golden brown
Serve warm or cold
