high protein blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
4 large eggs1 cup part skim ricotta cheese1tsp baking powder1tsp vanilla1tsp cinnamon2 pkt splenda1/2 c whole wheat flour3 pkt no sugar added blueberry oatmeal
Directions
beat together eggs,ricotta cheese,baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, splenda. then add flour and oatmeal, batter will be thick add milk to thin batter to pancake consistency. will make 12-15 4inch pancakes.
