Rock and Roll Smoothies

Ingredients
1 small banana2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries1 carton vanilla yogurt.75 c. milk
Directions
Remove peel from banana,cut into chunks,place all ingredients in blender cover and blend on high until mixture is smooth.Pour into glasses and enjoy!!

    I don't get it--it says "makes 3 or 4 servings" in the recipie, but the number of servings per recipie is listed as "1" The calories seem high for the ingredients, so I'm guessing this should be divided into 3. ?? - 8/27/08
