Chocolate Zuchinni Bread/Cake Made "Light"

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon4 eggs, large1 1/2 cups applesauce, unsweetened3 squares Bakers unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled1 1/2 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp almond extract3 cups zuchinni, grated (squeeze out water)
Directions
Put all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Beat all wet ingredients together, then stir in all dry ingredients. Bake in greased pan. 350F for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Can use bundt pan, 2 loaf pans, or 9x13 pan. Frost if desired.

Could also substitute white flour for whole wheat flour and oil for applesauce. I wanted to have the calculations for the "lighter" version of this one.
