Chocolate n' Oat Bars

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup quick oats3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup greek yogurt1/4 cup butter (salted)1/4 tsp salt1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk1 cup chopped nuts1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combined the first 4 ingredients until you get a crumbly consistency. Then reserve 1/2 cup of crumbled mixture to side. Remaining mixture should be spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, spread sweetened condensed milk on top, cover with chocolate chip, nuts and reserved mixture. Bake for another 25 minutes.
