Ingredients
Half package of frozen bluberries and strawberries1 Ripe banana (meidum or large)Yogurt, vanilla, lowfat, 8.0zOrange juice 1 cup
Directions
Blend all the ingredients until they become smooth enough to drink with a straw. This recipe will make approx. two 16 oz. cups.
