Ingredients
2/3 c Bisquick Heart Smart All-Purpose Baking Mix1/3 c skim milk1 tbsp egg beaters egg substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients togetherr.

Spray griddle with pam and divide batter into 4 even cakes on the griddle. Cook until top bubbles and then flip. Cook second side until golden brown.

Makes (4) 3.5 - 4" diameter pancakes (2 servings)
