Pork, Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole

1 lb corkscrew pasta (Trader Giotto's)6 oz Ham (11% fat)6.5 oz can Mushrooms, drained (Flavorite)2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Healthy Request)2 cup Milk, fat free (Bayview)8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (Kirkland)2 cups Frozen Peas (Flavorite)1.5 cups Frozen Chopped Spinach (Flav-R-Pac)1 tsp ground black pepper1/8 tsp ground mustard
Cook pasta and drain just before it's al dente.
While pasta is cooking dice ham and mushrooms. Mix with remaining ingredients.
Drain pasta and combine with meat mixture.
Place in 13x9 baking dish. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 375. Remove foil and cook additional 15 minutes.
