Vegetarian Winter Chili

Ingredients
1 large butternut squash, peeled, and cubed1 can of Kidney Beans1 can of Black Beans1 can of Pinto Beans4 Sweet Peppers (any color)3 cups of Vegetable Broth2 Jalapenos1 Hot Chili (or other hot pepper)Bundle of Scallions1 Leek or onion1TBSP of Chili Powder1 TBSP of Cumin1 Tsp of Oregano
Directions
First boil the butternut squash in the vegetable broth for about 10 minutes until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
