Ingredients
1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef1 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground pepper1/2 c. quick cook oats1 egg, slightly beaten3/4 c. salsaTopping:1/3 c. ketchup2 tblsp. brown sugar1 tblsp mustard
Directions
Makes 5 equal servings

Mix beef, salsa, salt, pepper, lightly beaten egg and oatmeal. Form a loaf in a glass baking dish.

Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard - spread over top of meatloaf.

Bake on 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
