Ingredients
Directions
1 can (16oz) Black Beans3 Eggs (or 1c applesauce or 2 bananas, whatever you need to switch it out with) Less eggs for more fudgelike texture, more for cake. Or like I said, switch out all ingredients.1cup sugar (splenda, honey, brown sugar, molasses, whatever)2 TBSP cocoa powder (or 6 if you don't use kisses, or 3 if you use 1/4c choco chips)5 hershey's kisses or 1/4c choco chips3 TBSP oil (if you use cocoa only- if you use the chips or kisses you may leave this out. And if you use applesauce or bananas you may also leave this out.)2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp vanillaPowdered sugar for garnish if you choose
350 degrees 9x13pan for thin, 8x10 for a little thicker.
Blend eggs and beans, stir into sugar.
Melt your kisses or chips and blend in oil and cocoa.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until knife comes out clean - The brownies will puff up and when you put your hand on it, it will feel like they're liquid underneath, definitely use a knife.
When the brownies cool they will be dense and slightly fudgy, you may eat them as is or put them in the fridge. I like to sprinkle mine with pwd sugar.
The calorie count for a normal persons serving I'm thinking is about 120-150, and of course depending on what you switch it goes up or down. My servings are about 1in x 1in, so obviously it's gonna be a lot lower.
