.75 cups quick grits.75 cup nonfat milk.25 cup nonfat yogurt1.5 oz. cheddar cheese2cups water
Directions
add grits, milk, water in large plastic bowl.
microwave 5 minutes on high. stir. Add yogurt and cheese.
microwave on high 5 minutes or until right consistency.
makes 6 half cup servings.
