peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 cup splenda1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingridients. Using a smallspoon, divide into 12 balls and drop on cookie sheet that's ungreased. Press each ball into a 1/3 inch flattened cookie with a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Baking times vary from oven to oven. You can substitute almond or cashew butter if you'd like. Number of servings 1 dozen.
