Frozen StrawberriesFresh Banana (Frozen ok too!)Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt1% Milk1/2 cup of ice
Put all items into a blender and blend. Makes 1 serving. (You may put ice in blender first and blend separately if you want, it seems to go quicker that way).
If recipe is too thick for you, add more milk, but be sure you add up the additional calories too!
