apple pie steel cut oats

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats4 cups light vanilla soymilk1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cardamon2 apples, chopped1/2 cup apple cider
Directions
combine oats and milk. Bring to boil and then reduce and simmer 15 minutes. Add apples, cider, spices. Cook until apples and oats are soft. Remove from heat and add syrup.
