Spinach Stir fry

Ingredients
1med red and orange bell pepper1 bunch of green onions1 heaping tablespoon of chopped garlic2 tsp Olive oilbag of fresh ready to each baby spinachSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop the peppers and onions into small even pieces
Heat olive oil in a 8 inch skillet. Cook peppers onions and garlic till tender. Add Spinach, one handful at a time, constantly tossing with 2 wooden spoons until wilted. Keep doing this until all is wilted, add pepper leaving the salt on the table to use at discretion.
