Blender Waffles with Applesauce 10 5"-waffles

Ingredients
3/4 cup wheat1 cup milk (calcultor used 1%)1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Blend wheat and milk for a good 4 minutes. Add salt, eggs, juice, sauce and vanilla. Blend for 1 minute. Add baking powder and blend until mixed. Cook.

Servings are calculated for 10 5"-waffles. Use estimate for smaller waffles or pancakes.
